SOCAR-KBR LLC is looking for talented and committed professional for HR Specialist position to join our team and monitor all Human Resources functions.
Key accountabilities:
• Maintain personnel files in compliance with applicable legislation
• Be responsible for training and personal development processes
• Familiarity with full cycle recruiting. Be responsible for recruitment/hiring planning and execution
• Assist in development relevant policies and procedures
• Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner
• Manage Mobilization process for Local /Expat personnel with all specified arrangements
• Administer health and life insurance programs
• Monitor Vacation, Sick Leaves, Excused Absences Databases
• Payroll-manage employee data reconciliation, timely entry and verification
• Run HC report and other requested reports for management
• Preparation and submission of a Monthly/Quarterly/Annual reports to the state bodies
• Manage Work/Residence Permit process for Expatriate personnel assigned to Azerbaijan
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned
Required skills/experience:
• University Degree or equivalent in HR, Business Administration, Public Administration or related field
• Working experience in field of Human Resources for the last 5+ years
• Knowledge of HR related legislation and practices
• Working experience with computer based HR system- SAP
• Proficiency in English and Azerbaijani
• Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process
• Good problem-solving abilities
• Team management skills
• High integrity
