Centralized Procurement/Infrastructure Sourcing Specialist

Key responsibilities:

• Issue tenders (RFx’s) and tender reports
• Support agreed vendor selection & evaluation criteria
• Support budget & demand plans and support alignment among business units at the company level
• Support Commercial negotiation strategies
• Support Contract negotiations
• Communicate with vendors
• Analyze, validate and report achieved Procurement performance results (e.g. savings) against targets

Required Skills and Experience:

• Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Telecom/IT, Computer Sciences or equivalent;
• Industry & Market Awareness including New Technologies (Telecom preferable)
• 3-5 years of experience in Procurement department (mainly sourcing), preferably in Telecom/IT industry
• Vendor Relationship Management knowledge
• Excellent skills in running a Tender, including RFP preparation, Vendor Selection/Evaluation, Scope/Time/Budget control
• Excellent skills in multi-task management, time management
• Related certification (CIPS) – preferable
• Spend & Demand Analysis experience (Budgeting) - preferable
• Upper-intermediate level in English (Reading/Writing). Fluent in Azerbaijani, and Russian.
