Position: Reception/ Personal Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

1. To lead administrative part of the office

• To control tea lady
• To be sure office supplies are ordered in time,
• To keep all supplies under control and in order
• To scan/print/copy/write letters for office staff upon request
• To assist procurement and financial department with some requests
• To be in contact with IT department and be involved in generation of company web page
• To share and realize ideas regarding promotional staff for clients
• To support company in preparation tender documents

2. Personal assistant to director

• To keep records of Director’s meeting
• To remind, set-up and organize meetings
• To assist in presentation
• To fill forms, respond e-mails if required
• To help with any organizational tasks

Requirements to the candidate:

1. High education;
2. Fluent writing /reading skills on English/Azeri/Russian
3. User skills in MS office
4. Advanced skills in power point
5. Several years’ experience on the same position
6. Ability to work in office atmosphere
7. Ability to keep subordination

Employment Type: 8 hour day – office based
