Job Description:
• Perform analytics and maintenance large database across different industries;
• Carry out issue identification and analysis techniques, such as pattern analysis and root cause analysis, to help identify issues and propose solutions;
• Work close to stakeholders gathering requirements, performing analysis and delivering complex analysis to supply data driven insight to support strategic business decision-making;
• Plan, design and develop dashboards, ongoing reporting and segmentation strategies;
• Assess users’ requirements, finding issues that prevent users from converting to a customer and ensure that their requirements are met
• Set service standards
• Act as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance, user experiences and quality
• Direct objectives and offer creative solutions to maximize profitability
• Determine the types statistical information that should be gathered in order to use for finding new issues
• Carefully monitor user behavior and offer solutions for improvements
• Be a subject matter expert for your domain by staying on top of trends.
• Thrive off a team environment and enjoy working with and supporting Development, Project Managers, Marketing, Design etc.
Requirements:
• 3+ years’ experience in analytical role;
• Bachelor’s degree in subject such statistics, data analytics, computer science, mathematics, economics, Information Management or Digital Marketing is a preference. Candidates who studied those degrees abroad will have an advantage.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with unorganized data from multiple sources. Data analysis using Pivot table, Vlookup & Excel;
• SQL skills is a big PLUS
• Knowledge of different modeling and data mining techniques;
• Strong analytical mindset. The ability to analyze, model and interpret data
• Strong problem-solving skills - a methodical and logical approach
• Critical Thinking, Strong Attention to Detail
• Thinking out of the box
• Should have a mathematical brain (Math Skills)
• Communication Skills
