Summary and Purpose of Role:
A Tech Support Assistant & Facility Assistant is a job role that is responsible for organizing; monitoring and supervision facility maintenance and repair operations true Tech Support; performs a variety of technical tasks relative to facility maintenance; provides technical assistance to the department senior management.
Areas of Responsibility Include:
Job Role Responsibilities:
Control and Coordinate the Tech Support system with assigning the raised tickets to relative technicians.
Responsible for following up the problems directed true Tech Support to be rectified on shortest time.
Preparing of required reports regarding pending/open tickets for Facility Manager
Responsible for checking the schedule of preventive maintenance services and scheduled repairing works, keep maintenance excel job log updated
To arrange for routine periodic maintenance in accordance with an approved maintenance plan;
To supervise the work of contractors, keep maintenance records up to date
Assist Facility team on preparation of the BOQs for the scheduled and pop-up repairing work of stores
Send monthly email to all store staff regarding how use/open a ticket true Tech Support
Assists Facility management on overseeing of installation, inspections, repairs, troubleshooting and daily maintenance of buildings, infrastructures, and facility equipment.
Perform related duties as required.
Position Qualification
NOTES
Knowledge
0-3 years’ experience in facility administration, construction or similar position.
Bachelor degree or equivalent.
A highly motivated individual with entrepreneurial approach.
Possess an extremely friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing personality, with ability to openly communicate and work with all types of individuals and personalities.
Ability to develop right working process
Good Excel and Word skills are essential
Language knowledge: English – intermediate; Russian - intermediate
