Position: Copywriter                                                       

Job Type Full-time
Job Location: Azerbaijan/Baku

Responsibilities

• Write clear, attractive copy with a distinct voice
• Interpret copywriting briefs to understand project requirements
• Write short and long format copy as appropriate to meet projects marketing and communications objectives in a broad spectrum of advertising disciplines (Print, TV, Radio, Web, Social Media etc.).
• Develop communication campaign slogans/taglines.
• Develop scenarios and scripts for TV/Digital commercials.
• Interpret creative direction and adapt points from creative briefs into persuasive copy concepts
• Be responsible for editing and proofing variety of materials during all project phases

Requirements

• Highly proficient in spoken and written Azerbaijani and English.
• Knowledge of Russian language is desirable.
• Excellent short-form and long-form writing skills in a variety of voices and tones.
• Solid grammar, editing and proofreading capabilities with attentiveness to details.
• Sense of responsibility and willingness to push your craft, get your hands dirty and make great things.
• Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple project at once and meet tight deadlines.
• Advanced usage skills of Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
• Experience in marketing, advertising and/or social media is required.
