Vacancy: Chief Financial Officer 

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of financial experience and management experience of an organization of at least 200-300 staff persons.
• Good knowledge and proven experience in tax legislation
• Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and 1C software
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Results-oriented, strategic thinker and planner

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and timely submission of Tax, SSPF and Statistics reports
• Control payroll calculation and payments  
• Maintain accuracy of cash operations and bank payments  
• Own annual budget preparation, quarterly forecasts and variance analysis
• Evaluate computerized accounting systems and provide recommendations to IT team for performance improvements.
• Own month-end and year-end close process  
• Execute full range of development of business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
• Presentation of business results to executive management  
• Perform financial analysis and reporting to management as needed.
• Coordinate with finance team to complete assigned accounting tasks within   deadlines.
• Provide guidance to subordinates  
• Execute expense management activities for assigned accounts.
