A young and dynamic hotel management company in Azerbaijan managing a world-class portfolio of hotels and resorts ABSHERON Hotel Group is looking for Rooms Division Director for one of its Hotels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Coordinate the organizational and administrative functions in all areas of Rooms Division ensuring total compliance with standards of operation;
 Participate in all regular and ad hoc operational meetings and in the formulation of strategic business plans;
 Establish monthly reporting system to monitor;
 Handle all guest complains expeditiously to complete resolution;
 Closely monitor the financial performance of all departments under Rooms Division;
 Monitor all Rooms expenses to ensure that they are kept in line with budget;
 Provide solutions to improve problem areas and assisting in implementing corrective measures;
 Ensure that sufficient staffing is present to meet daily business demands;
 Responsible for actively recruiting and hiring for all Front office and Housekeeping positions;
 Assist with additional Front Desk tasks;
 Oversee inventory and ordering supplies and linens for both housekeeping and Front office;
 Complete projects in a timely manner as required by the Hotel General Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

 5 years in a similar position and must have experience within hotel operations.
 Fluent Azerbaijani, English, Russian (verbal & written).
 Strong organizational and leadership skills.
 Bachelor’s degree preferred (ideally in hospitality).
