Responsibilities
• Identifying new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services
• Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
• Communicating Company profile and provided services to prospective clients
• Identifying potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization
• Understanding the needs of customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these
• have a good understanding of the Company's services and be able to advise others about them
• Managing on-going projects
• Reporting to CEO of the company
• Draw up proposals and presentations
Key skills for Business Development Manager
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills - needed for communicating with a wide range of people, both internally and externally
• Good Finance skills, including the use of Microsoft Office Programs.
• A professional manner and presentable appearance for meeting customers/clients
• initiative and good decision-making skills
• Project management skills
• Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian and English
• Organizational skills and the ability to multitask
• Tact and diplomacy.
