Establishments & POS Junior Manager

Position Summary:

• The Establishments Junior Manager provides oversight, supervision and control in the execution of all establishments’ related activities in order to ensure the maximum visitor experience according to the Park’s standards.
• The Establishments Junior Manager administrates and controls Food and Beverages, Merchandising, Redemption commercialization processes, looking at all times for visitor’s satisfaction, ensuring sales target and wider profit margins for the Park.

Key accountabilities:

• Elaborate the annual sales budget per point of sale
• Review, select and buy merchandising and redemption products according to the Park’s catalog and quality standards
• Establish final products, packages pricing strategy for each point of sales
• Verify and oversee points of sales opening and closing procedures, and that they are operating in optimal conditions
• Approves all F&B requisition’s so as to ensure that they are prepared properly and
• placed in a proper and timely manner in compliance with the Park’s standards
• Control costs and manage inventories implementing strategies to avoid high level of product stocks or deviations
• Analyze sales and rotation of products offered at the points of sales to maintain an adequate level of sales and inventory as well as their depuration
• Maintain and supervise operations equipment
• Elaborate daily sales reports and deliver them to treasury department
• Manage Purchase Orders (PO) module in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)
• Elaborate market studies for Food & Beverages products in order to be competitive within the established parameters
• Attend visitors regarding merchandise returns, exchanges, cancellations and/or discounts or point of sales complaints
• Coordinate, coach and train Points of Sales Coordinators
• Encourage work force and customer satisfaction trough constant coordinators feedback
• Ensure all establishments maintain proper functionality including maintenance, consumables and performance
• Oversee the correct implementation of activities in all establishments
• Authorize purchase orders for establishments consumables and required theming elements
• Maintain constant communication with visitors in order to attend complaints, suggestions or provide information as needed
• Authorize work shifts and schedules for all coordinators and supervisors and share it to the Human Resources department for payroll administration
• Participate on daily briefing and debriefing sessions with management team
• Conduct weekly coordinator and supervisor meetings
• Generate regular reports in terms of personnel, establishment performance, requirements and overall status
• Evaluate preventive and corrective actions according to establishment opportunity areas 
• Oversee coordinators and supervisors correct use of the uniform and grooming standards
• Authorize and follow up on work orders
• Generate action plans for special events, summer camps and parties in terms of personnel distribution and logistics on site
• Oversee the process of establishment’s binder update
• Maintain close contact with coordinators in order to solve any unforeseen situation
• Ensure variable program activities execution and loyalty program benefits
• Evaluate coordinators performance

Required qualifications:

• 2 years’ experience in Customer Service or amusement parks administration or 1 year in Business Administration and Hospitality Management
• Educational background in Business Administration, Tourism Administration, Customer Service Management, Hospitality Management, Sales experience is a plus
• Good command in English and Azerbaijani languages
