IELTS/General English trainer

Qualifications and Experience required:

• Should have at least two years experience in teaching General English/IELTS
• Teaching certificate is important. One of the following certificates is important (IELTS 7.5 (at least), CELTA, DELTA,TEFL)

Knowledge and Skills:

1. Excellent command over English language.
2. Should be approachable and possess an ability to communicate effectively with students.
3. Good, Clear and Effective Communication, Presentation and Teaching Skills .

Job Description:

1. To passionately teach candidates with the prime aim of each student surpassing their target scores.
2. To Prepare training plans and deliver lessons to the students. 
3. To Provide guidance and feedback to the students on their progress and test results.
4. To use continuous improvement process and tools to make interactive lessons
5. To undertake any other related duties as requested by General Manager
