Shipping Engineer

Requirements:

o At least 5-7 years experience as Logistic Engineer/Site Logistic & Material coordinator/specialist:
o Good knowledge of English language
o Coordination of arrival of trucks with project equipment and materials including Out of gauge and Heavy lift equipment and release of entry permits;
o Supervision during transportation of OS/OW from Baku Port up to foundation/laydown area;
o Collaboration with Logistics team, construction group, material management group and the staff of the contractors involved;
o Supervision of unloading operations of trucks, including night shift;
o Control of material arrival, issuing of Over, Short & Damage Reports (OS&D);
o Survey activities and Reporting to Project Team;
o Ability to understand technical aspects and cargo description particularities;  
o Good co-ordination skills, self-motivated & results oriented. Ability to work under pressure, capability to handle/fixing of the difficult situations.
