What Will I Be Doing?

• Drives with the sales team the development of Customer Growth Plans for the top Customers to drive next level Customer Engagement.
• Deliver Annual Plan and initiatives to support the Company’s strategic objectives and the needed step up in Modern Trade Development.
• Lead MT Sales Team and own execution to store collaborating with Operational team
• Lead the Promo and CDA (Customer Development Agreement) improvement process to grow profitably by: continuously improve efficiency and effect of Investment, working with Rev Man and incorporating relevant external factors;
• Lead the delivery of clear from-to promo plan with Revenue and Profit Growth for Retail partners and ROI improvement PepsiCo.
• In close cooperation with Top MT commercial management effectively wire and build winning relationships to support step up in joint category management projects and to identify growth opportunities and achieve concrete results.
• Be the key player in Multi-level and Multi-function Customer Wiring, continuously increasing Customer and PEP connectivity

What Skills and Experience Do I Need to Demonstrate?

Knowledge & experience

 University degree in Business administration or related field
 Excellent knowledge of English and Russian languages
 Proficient user of MS office package
 Minimum 5 years commercial and or analytics experience in a range of sales channels, especially Modern Trade. 
 Experience of developing commercial and customer agendas in a category led operating model
 Experience of successfully managing projects with multiple stakeholders from different functions
 Experience in driving strong execution of strategy in complex environments
