Education:

Higher education (master of economics, management or finance);

Special Knowledge:

Extensive knowledge of strategic management, project management, operational management, risk management, change management, information management and accountability, resource planning and budgeting.

Experience:

5 years of relevant work experience

Language Skills:

Fluency in Azerbaijani and English, writing, reading, speaking and presentation skills;

Computer Skills:

MS Office Programs;

Other skills:

Strategic and analytical thinking, innovation, entrepreneurship and substantive judiciary, conflict management in the workplace, staff management and planning, communication and coordination, and division and delineation.
