Education: Higher education (international relations);

Special knowledge: Establishment of international cooperation and evaluation of transfer opportunities of leading international experiences

Experience: At least 3 years of experience in the same field, management experience;

Language skills: Fluent in Azerbaijani and English, Russian language skills (desirable);

Computer Skills: MS Office programs

Other skills:

International and local level correspondence, intensive and team work, creative approach to work, presentation and communication, and ability to work on multiple assignments. Personal acquaintances with key officials or decision makers in government agencies and international organizations in order to provide better and efficient co-operation; presentation and communication.
