Project Operations Coordinator
Oil & Gas Company working in Azerbaijan is looking for a candidate to fulfil position of Project Operations Coordinator:
Requirements:
• University Degree or relevant qualification along with extensive experience in relevant discipline
• 5 years relevant experience
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft office programs especially Excel and Word
• Very good knowledge of Azeri and English languages
• Practical experience in coordination, stock management and logistics
• Ability to execute multiple scopes
• Fit to conduct work in Warehouse and Yard areas
Responsibilities:
• Coordination of onshore Installation & Commissioning project activities;
o Tracking of Project equipment deliveries
o Creation of work order routings
o Demand planning for tooling maintenance SAP work order administration
o Customer Property inventory
o Ensure equipment 'need by' dates are met Coordinate logistics for loadouts and backloads
• Drive the demand for goods & services; Administrate quotations / Management of Change / Variation Order Raise purchase requisitions for goods & services
o Liaise with the relevant Purchasing groups to expedite on-time delivery of ordered goods/services
o Monitor installation and commissioning spares & consumables quantities and usage to ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained
• Administrate Installation & Commissioning data and equipment handovers into the Asset Management cycle;
o Record critical operational data such as HSSE statistics, Critical-path/NPT hours, on-time delivery measurements and KPI data
o Generate handover packages and conduct reviews with relevant Life of Field stakeholders
o Generate invoicing certificates and assist Operations Manager with financial reporting & forecasting
