French restaurants network "PAUL" with branches in Azerbaijan is seeking experienced candidate for Human Resources Manager position.
Primary Responsibilities
• Develop and implement HR strategy
• Recruiting staff, working with managers to finalize job descriptions, identify the best recruitment routes and ensuring the best candidate experience
• Oversees interview process; completes employment and professional references.
• Assist managers in effectively identifying and developing talent, motivating and encouraging performers.
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization;
• Implement an effective Performance Management system
• Ensure PAUL policies, procedures and guidelines are adhered
• Preparation and managing all employees documentation according to the AR Labor Code
• Submit weekly / monthly reports to management and relevant authorities
Essential experience, skills & characteristics:
• At least 4 + years’ experience in HR field
• Excellent knowledge of Labor Code
• Experience in Hospitality company environment (desirable)
• Excellent knowledge of Azerbaijani, Russian and English.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Enthusiastic and confident with the ability to work with varying types of people
• Excellent negotiating skills
• Leadership - the willingness to make decisions and take responsibility.
• Ability to work effectively with many tasks at the same time.
