Administrative Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Organizing and coordination of all administrative and general services.
• Organize and control the obligations of administrative and general services staff including secretary, drivers, housekeepers and others;
• Arranging visas and registration issues for expatriates
• Purchase airline tickets and make hotel reservation
• Organizing long term accommodation (rent an apartment )
• Ensure all general office requirements (equipment, furniture, stationary and etc.) are at hand, prepare requests for purchasing if required;
• Implementing of office equipment inventory;
• Arranging internal and external meetings, team events (as required)
• Cooperate with different departments on staff allocation.
Requirements:
• High education
o Relevant work experience – minimum 3 years
o Fluency in Azeri / English / Russian
o Computer skills
o Excellent administrative, communication and organizational skills
o Stress-resistant, hard and dynamic worker
