Junior Quantity Surveyor

Key accountabilities:

• Support with measurement, BQ preparation, and assisting with the preparation of cost plans.
• Support for measurement and administration of Contractor/Consultant interim applications for payment.
• Support with preparation and agreement of records
• Assisting with the review, valuation, and agreement of final account submissions

Required skills/experience:

• Construction knowledge and work experience of at least 1 year with a construction related company is an advantage.
• University degree in civil engineering, structural engineering
• Good knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD
• Proficiency in Azerbaijani, English is an advantage
