Pasha Bank is looking for strong candidate to join our team as Head of IT and Operations Programs Division in Strategy department.

Head of IT and Operations Programs Division should be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Head of IT and Operations Programs Division will be expected to build and maintain working relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments involved in implementation of strategic initiatives/programs and projects.

Scope of position

• Manages, coordinates and completes the implementation of technology solutions associated with complex strategic, enterprise-level programs and projects that typically have large budgets, involve multiple cross-functional stakeholders, and spawn sub-projects.
• Leads a team of several PMs, contractors and/or consultants with like projects to successfully deliver strategic initiatives of the Bank.
• Develops and evolves tools, processes and reports in Strategy Department and will oversee all aspects of projects, including scope, work breakdown structures, schedules, resource planning, project planning, risks and issues management, engagement, change management, presentations and briefings, and progress reports.
• Defines standards, methodologies, and processes to ensure efficient development and implementation of initiatives that span operational and technology related areas.
• Consults with operations and IT functions to help assess impact on workflow and staffing, offers advice, guidance and support during the implementation process. Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices.

Required qualifications & skills:

• Min 5 year work experience in relevant field
• Strong leadership skills and self-discipline
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking capabilities
• Strong team player with focus on ultimate value for the Bank
• Good negotiation, communication and conflict resolution skills
• Experience with Project Management software like JIRA, MS Project etc. is preferred
• Project Management certifications like PMP or equivalent is preferred
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and English
