Position: “Senior Procurement Buyer”  for engineering service in Telecommunication field

Responsibilities: (main in telecommunication equipment installation and infrastructure field)

1. Develop and optimize procurement strategies and maintain a proper supply base to satisfy the business requirements;
2. Identify, select and engage suppliers to ensure competitive procurement advantage;
3. Supplier sourcing and qualification, Request for quotation, handle auction and contract negotiation;
4. Price analysis, spend analysis and baseline setup;
5. Supplier relationship management;
6. Support the bidding to client;
7. Other procurement issue.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (including telecommunication, construction, civil work) or relevant major(including trade, business, commercial);
2. At least 3 ears experiences in procurement or project management field; the experience about telecommunication will be preferred;
3. Good understanding about supplier in infra/telecom service field; good understanding about market quotation in infra/telecom service field;
4. Good oral expression, presentation ability; Effective communication, negotiating skills;
5. Good leadership;
6. Fluent English skills;
7. Good computer operation skills, especially in excel, PowerPoint;
