Position: Painting Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical evaluation on cases of paint failures and recommend preventive and corrective measures.
• Perform on site-qualification trials of paint system.
• Prepare and review of paint procedure
• Evaluate painting applications and inspection process and recommend actions for improvement.
• Conduct in process inspection on protective coating, insulation, fireproofing application.
• Supervise the Contractor activities to implementation of Client Specification during production process
• To monitoring and Controlling all Contractor Inspection Activities (Surface preparation Blasting and Painting to ensure and check abrasive, surface profile, coating, environmental and Perform test
• Controlling and Evaluating all the Quality Control activities during all the painting activities To Control Calibration Interval, Calibration Status and InHouse Calibration of Equipment o Final Inspection coating prior shipment. To review & compile All Field Blasting and Painting Record for Manufacturing Data Report (MDR) or Project Documentation for turn over document to Client.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 10  years construction, inspection and commissioning experience.
• Minimum Qualificationsuch as BGAS-CSWIP Level 2 / Nace Level 2
• Familiar with the ISO / European standards such as (ISO 8501, ISO 8503,  EN ISO 12944, EN1090-2, ISO 9001,
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English,
• Efficient using software programs including Excel, Word and Outlook
