Position: Senior HSE Specialist

Reports to: HSE Manager

Job Title: Senior  HSE Specialist

Summary and Purpose of Role:

Primarily support the İntegrity Business Line operations for a comprehensive health, safety and environmental program by ensuring safe and healthful working conditions, recommending measures to reduce/eliminate incidents that strengthen our defenses.

Job Role Responsibilities: 

 Audit in workplace and control work to be done according to safety rules
 Determine dangerous factors and assess risks
 Hold daily and weekly inspections, and give a report to HSE manager about it
 Control equipment’s to be in good condition
 Immediately take measure on defective or dangerous equipment’s
 Give instructions about being checked equipment’s periodically and use of them on sites
 Participate in HSE meetings organized in territory
 Participate in training and meetings for always being developed of employees' knowledge on HSE
 Prepare plans and offers in order to be improved HSE standards in territory
 Give advice about HSE to employees and supervisors in workplaces
 Participate in investigation processes of occurrences  

Position Qualification Knowledge

 Minimum 4-5 years of total HSE manufacturing and services experience as a HSE professional
 Must have a strategic vision in engineering safety
 Excellent English verbal, written, and presentation communications skills,.
 Relevant HSE Certifications or equivalent work experience requirement
 OHS & OHSAS Government regulations, safety compliance and industrial hygiene
 Business acumen
 Strong analytical skills
