Reports to: HSE Manager

Job Title: Junior HSE Specialist

Summary and Purpose of Role: Under the HSE direction, the HSE Trainer will develop and deliver HSE Training programs to Company personnel and visitors. The HSE Trainer will prepare and maintain HSE Training records, monitor and set schedules for HSE Training classes as required by the HSE Manager. Support the development and delivery of the HSE Training Programs.

Job Role Responsibilities: 

 Support the development of new HSE training courses as determined by the needs of the facility to address specific hazards, trends or the need for refresher training by company workers.
 Prepare and maintain course rosters, course completion cards and other documentation as requested by the HSE Manager.
 Development of HSE training courses, course outlines, and audio and/or video editing of HSE training courses.
 Prepare company HSE training matrix and plan in order to achieve company HSE training targets and objectives 
 Prepare and review HSE training material and communicate with planned personnel
 Prepare and plan training in site and facility if necessary

Position Qualification Knowledge

 Bachelor degree or equivalent
 2 years of relevant experience relevant
 Good written and verbal communication skills
 Customer service focused
 Proactive and willing to assist in the development of safety management systems and processes.
 Advanced knowledge of Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages is a must
 Excellent communication skills
