Position title: Finance Director

Reports to: CEO

Job Responsibilities

- Financial Reporting
- Prepare financial statements for internal and external use
- Presentation and discussion of Main Financial statements with CEO (monthly/quarterly/annual)
- Budget preparation, forecasting and consulting on variances
- Organize support line Budgets of  Departments, review and make required corrections (annual/semiannual)
- Review of Sales/Project Budgets (Job)
- Preparation of consolidated Budget (annual, semiannual)
- Finance Control, Risk Management
- Review of contracts and other legal deals for financial risks  and make necessary comments
- Payment requisitions review and approval
- 1C 8.3 Software Administrator
- Control of correct usage of Software by Users and support in usage
- Input corrections and additional operations inputs
- Period closing operations
- Presentation and discussion of Cash Flow Forecast (weekly)
- Relations with Other Regions
- Consultancy, explanatory and informatively correspondences, discussing with other Region's Finance/Accounting departments
- Full responsibility and providing required reports and information’s during annual Finance Audit
- Providing of required Financial reports and Information during Tenders
- Implement and maintain reporting procedures to comply with internal control requirements and international financial reporting standards
- Preparation other related reports and performs other duties upon request (Management/Supervision)

Required Skills and Experience

- High education in Accounting & Finance
- CA, CPA, CIMA qualification or international equivalent (with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience)
- Age 30-45
- In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws and best practices
- Excellent knowledge of local tax and legal legislation
- Skills tax planning and optimization of workflow
- 1C, Excel Advanced user 
- Excellent oral and written communications skills in Russian, Azerbaijan, English is advantage
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook etc.)
- Leadership - the willingness to make decisions and take responsibility
