Position: Facility Assistant 
 
Summary and Purpose of Role:

A Facility Admin is a job role that is responsible for organizing, monitoring, and supervising facility maintenance operations; performs a variety of technical tasks relative to facility maintenance; provides technical assistance to the department senior management
 
Areas of Responsibility Include:

Job Role Responsibilities

 Control and coordinate the Technical Support system with assigning the raised tickets to relative technicians.
 Responsible for following up the problems directed true Technical Support to be rectified on shortest time.
 Oversees installation, inspections, repairs, trouble shooting and daily maintenance of buildings, infrastructures, and facility equipment.
 Develop and organize preventative maintenance and safety inspection programs for all facilities and equipment.
 Responsible for keeping buildings and facilities in good status to comply with environmental, health, and safety policies
 Coordinate with contractors in providing contract services.
 Answer questions and provide information to the public; investigate complaints and recommend corrective action as necessary to resolve complaints. Complaints shall be logged and reported to SD Facility Manager on a weekly basis.
 Perform related duties as required.

Position Qualification Knowledge

 3 years’ experience in facility administration, construction or similar position.
 Bachelor degree or equivalent.
 A highly motivated individual with entrepreneurial approach.
 Possess an extremely friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing personality, with ability to openly communicate and work with all types of individuals and personalities.
 Ability to develop right working process
