Öhdəliklər:
- Develop marketing strategies aligned with the brand strategy;
- Drive brand awareness across various categories and products;
- Lead trade promotions as agreed and ensure they remain on brand strategy, report on effectiveness;
- Effectively forecast and manage yearly budget for all Trade Marketing activities;
- Identify trade needs and opportunities, develop 4P pricing and distribution strategies in line with trade promotions and display priorities for brands;
- Contribute to category marketing plans with customer and category analysis and promotional strategy;
- Coach and support the sales teams to execute effectively with the customers;
- Prepare reports on data and industry trends relating to trade categories;
- Create trade marketing plans for individual products and product ranges;
- Develop and present trade strategies, objectives, and plans.
Namizəddə tələblər:
- A bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing, BBA or relevant field;
- Minimum three years of working experience in FMCG field;
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian and English language (oral and written);
- Strong knowledge of consumer industry;
- Good understanding in FMOT strategies and execution;
- Strong time management;
- Ability to think critically and creatively;
- Strong organizational, communication, collaboration and analytical skills;
- Strong negotiation skills to leverage opportunities that benefit the organization;
- Ability to use own initiative;
- Ability to liaise at all levels.
