Project Coordinator

Job brief:

We are looking for a responsible Project Coordinator to administer and organize all types of projects, from simple activities to more complex plans. Project Coordinator responsibilities include working closely with our Project Director to prepare comprehensive action plans, including technical requirements, resource planning, timeframes and budgeting for the projects. You will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.
Ultimately, the Project Coordinator’s duties are to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, meeting high quality standards and guarantee happiness of the client.

General Requirements:

• High Technical Education
• 5 years of experience in IT industry
• Excellent understanding of local IT market
• Experience in Project Development and Team Management
• Understanding and experience in the finance and cost control questions.
• Knowledge and experience in reporting and reporting development.
• Communications, Conflict and People Management skills
• Fluent knowledge of Azerbaijani, Russian and English
• Presentation skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, Visio
• Ability to work under pressure and handle tight deadlines
• Sense of humor
