EnerMech’s Cranes & Lifting division offers a professional and competitive service in all areas of offshore crane and lifting operations. We provide specialist services in the operation, inspection and maintenance of cranes & associated lifting equipment, and lifting related equipment, as well as design, engineering and management of onshore & offshore crane projects.

At the moment Enermech Baku is looking to recruit the QHSE Coordinator.

Job responsibilities

∙ Ensure compliance to company QHSE procedures, legal and other requirements through continual proactive and reactive monitoring programmes.
∙ Conduct system / technical audits audit;
∙ Prepare gap analysis reports.
∙ Conduct internal QHSE audits and prepare to external audits, e.g. international audit, Local Authorities, Client Audits.
∙ Conduct Offshore Audits.
∙ Arrange/ lead emergency simulation exercises.
∙ Reporting (daily/ weekly/ monthly) on the progress of implementation of QHSE programmes and initiatives to QHSE Manager.
∙ Work on preparation of Generic and Project specific Risk Assessments and COSHH
∙ Develop and deliver QHSE in-house training programmes as per the training needs identified.
∙ Carry out site QHSE Inspections.
∙ Conduct Safety Meetings / Toolbox Talks and Pre-Project Briefs.
∙ Lead/ participate in incident investigations.
∙ Develop and communicate QHSE guidance, memos, lessons learned templates and presentations.
∙ Carry out Environmental Monitoring.
∙ Maintain QHSE statistics.
∙ Develop and deliver QHSE guidance and awareness sessions.
∙ Co-operate with Clients and Contractors on QHSE matters.
∙ Maintain accurate document control and record keeping.
∙ Contribute to the “New Start”, “Visitor” and “Contractor” induction process though delivery of QHSE elements.
∙ Work with UOR’s and EWOC’s.
∙ Promote EnerMech Behavior Safety programmes – Energise, Life Saving Rules. 
 
Qualifications:
 
Essential:

∙ At least 7 years of experience in a similar role in oil & gas, construction or service related organizations. Site and offshore experience is required.
∙ Experience in conducting comprehensive QHSE audits.
∙ Experience in preparing risk assessments and HSE Plans.
∙ Incident investigation and root cause analysis techniques.
∙ NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent is required
∙ Computer Literacy – Word, Excel, Power-point and Database knowledge in terms of inputting and search                Required:
 
Preferred
∙ Internal Auditor Qualifications (e.g. ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001) are preferred.
∙ Train the trainer certificate.
