Deputy Director of Strategic Development Department

Education: Higher education (economics, management);

Special knowledge: Strategic management, as well as project management, operational management, risk management, change management, information management and reporting, resource planning, strategic and analytical thinking, innovation, entrepreneurship and substantive judiciary, workplace conflict management, staff management and planning , communication and coordination as well as division and delineation of work.

Experience: At least 5 years of relevant work experience

Language skills: Fluent in Azerbaijani and English, Russian language skills (desirable);

Computer Skills: MS Office Programs;

Other skills:

Strategic and analytical thinking, innovation, entrepreneurship and substantive judiciary, conflict management in the workplace, staff management and planning, communication and coordination, and division and delineation. The ability to analyze service quality control and its improvement capabilities, be able to design an annual report on the entity's overall performance, ability to define strategic targets and planning objectives, procedures, standards and norms.
