Construction Lawyer

Responsibilities:

 To conduct legal analysis and research on various legal matters
 To draft letters, prepare and submit the documents to the various state authorities
 To negotiate on behalf of and to represent the company before the state authorities
 To coordinate the work with contractors of the company
 Other duties assigned to him by the company

Requirements:

 3-5 years of experience;
 Excellent knowledge of local legislation, specifically construction legislation;
 Excellent knowledge of Azerbaijani language (English would be an asset);
 Strong knowledge of legal practice and procedures in construction field;
 Understanding of construction process;
 Ability to work with the state authorities;
