Projects Support and Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:
 
Organization and development of the activity of HTP residents
 
Attraction of investors and financial resources
 
Organization and management of innovation projects
 
Business Incubation Center`s Management
 
Organization of entrepreneurial activity in innovative areas appropriate to HTP`s activity
 
Establishment, regulation and development of cooperation with international organizations
 
To take an active part in the preparation and implementation of the long-term and short-term strategic development plans of HTP and to cooperate with relevant organizations in this area
 
Analyzing markets and competitors relevant to the field and appropriate reporting preparation
 
Active participation in the analysis and evaluation of startup projects submitted to the HTP
 
Study and analysis of international experience in the field of infrastructure and activities of High Tech Park
 
Analytical thinking and operative decision-making

Requirements

1. Minimum 5 year work experience. 
2. Computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet.
3. Excellent oral and written communication skills  both in Azerbaijani and English.
Russian language is an advantage.
4. Excellent inter-personal and communication skills;
5. Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task and organize others;
6. Ability to develop and maintain good working relationship
 
Working shifts: 09:00 till 18:00, Monday-Friday
