At the moment, we are seeking a Product Manager for Azerbaijan.

QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate is required to have the following qualifications:
•         Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, Master's degree is a plus, Bachelor’s degree in Medical College is desirable
•         Located in Azerbaijan
•         At least 2 years of Product Management experience in pharma sector, CNS, Cardio and Respiratory areas is a plus
•         Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with large portfolio of doctors and opinion leaders,sales experience is also a plus
•         Multi-tasking capability
•         Ability to think creatively and strategically to turn new insights into successful projects
•         Problem solving & decision making ability
•         Results-driven and delivery-focused
•         Excellent command of English

JOB DESCRIPTION

•         To determine and develop the global marketing strategies of the products, and to ensure their practice, and follow-up implementation for Ajerbaijan that are in the portfolio of Abdiibrahim’s International Market’s marketing strategy.
•         Adapting global marketing strategy to local dynamics.
•         Preparation and execution of annual marketing budget and full year activity for Abdi İbrahim Azerbaijan
•         Understanding and use of marketing principles to deliver to customer needs
•         Responsible from brand development; managing product launches/re-launches, monitor progress and potential of new products/ positioning/ campaigns.
•         Analysing market & competition, following up the development opportunities, tracking and reporting; developing action plans for the products that are in the portfolio
•         To develop projects for the effective presentation of the products to the doctors and pharmacists
