We provide specialist services in the operation, inspection and maintenance of cranes & associated lifting equipment, and lifting related equipment, as well as design, engineering and management of onshore & offshore crane projects.
At the moment Enermech Baku is looking to recruit the Operations Manager.
Job responsibilities
• Run a team of engineers and ensuring that key delivery dates for workpacks and PMR campaigns are meant.
• Ensure that Engineers follow the company procedures in delivery of their workscopes.
• Ensure that the engineering team is completing the close out reports in timely manner after the execution of the workscopes.
• Ensure that the engineers are uploading the information onto the client web portal for access by the client.
• Ensure that the company web portal is up to date with the latest certification and reports.
• To be on call at all times outside working hours to meet client requirements
• Attend weekly planning platform meetings at client offices to ensure successful and safe delivery of planned and emergent workscopes
• Liaise with Clients to ensure appropriate service delivery
• Update and control the company action tracker for all outstanding scopes of work
• Daily supervision of Contracts department from a technical, contractual and resourcing viewpoint
• Create monthly and quarterly reports on budgets and performance against contract deliverables
• Ensure contract KPI targets are achieved
• Travel to client’s onshore and offshore facilities to carry out management visits
• Ensure clients invoices are provided in time and accurately and any resulting queries dealt with in a timely manner
• Supervise the competency management of offshore personnel
• Supervise the management of client spare parts (refurbishment, repair and storage)
• Deal with any employee issues effectively with support from HR when required
• To act immediately on any breach of company rules which come to his attention and where required enforce the company disciplinary process in relation to those breaches.
• Attend monthly client availability meetings
• Attend and participate in client quarterly performance and annual performance reviews
• Ensuring Contracts department meet key EnerMech objectives and targets
• English Language Skills in Reading and writing essential.
Qualifications:
Essential:
• Degree in engineering, good English written and spoken skills
Required:
• Good computer skills
Experience:
Essential:
• Working with BP systems, leading team of engineers, meeting target dates set by clients
Required:
• 5 Years engineering experience.
