Key responsibilities:
• Answer telephone, screen and direct calls;
• Prepare correspondence and documents;
• Provide general administrative and clerical suppor;
• Good organization skills
Requirements:
• University Education
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
• Intermediate level of English and Russian
• Good knowledge of customer service priciples and practices
• Customer service orientation
• Excellent telephone manners
• Good knowledge of MS Office
