Knowledge, skills and abilities required:

• Excellent Computer skills - MS Office;
• Thorough understanding of marketing elements and processes
• Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist
• Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
• Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
• Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
• Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented  with good multitasking and organisational ability
• Fluency in Azerbaijani, English, Russian
• Fast learner, team player.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strategy for the company's presence in social networks;
• Creation, maintenance and development of communities and groups in social networks;
• Preparation of media plans;
• Implementation of advertising campaigns, preparation of and sharing promotional materials in social networks;
• Search and creation of and sharing content (texts, photos, videos, audio) in groups and communities;
• Organizing and holding competitions, surveys, campaigns in groups and communities;
• Attracting a target audience, increasing the number of visitors, subscribers, group members;
• Monitoring of company’s reviews, answers to questions;
• Analysis of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, SMM-promotion;
• Analysis of SMM-activity of competitors and preparation of analytical reports.
