We are looking for sales specialist!

Main duties and responsibilities: 

Sales manager will perform the next duties:

• Develop an advertising sales plan and strategy
• Establish accounts and maintain existing ones
• Focus on reaching targets by prospecting, up selling, presentations, follow ups, cold calling
• Searching for new customers and working with existing customers
• Demonstration of service opportunities, sale of services
• Develop a customer database
• Provide reports and analysis
• Observe local and international industry market trends
• Develop a promotional marketing plan 
• Troubleshoot dilemmas and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements for the position:

• Qualified in business administration and marketing (Bachelor degree or higher)
• Advanced written and verbal English and Russian
• Proficiency in word, excel and power point
• Minimum 2 years’ work experience in marketing and/or sales preferred
• Prior experience in training and consulting industry desirable
• Excellent communication skills via phone and in person with a focus on strong customer service.
