Gilan Agricultural Group is looking to recruit an experienced Personal Assistant for its Cotton Division to join our highly professional team. The Personal Assistant is responsible for providing a comprehensive, confidential and professional support service to the Director in all aspects concerned with the efficient and successful operation of the office and division. PA will often act as the manager's first point of contact with people from both inside and outside the organization.

Responsibilities

• Organizing your manager’s/director’s diary and making appointments.
• Dealing with letters and emails.
• Arranging meetings.
• Organizing and maintaining office systems.
• Taking notes at meetings.
• Making travel arrangements for manager/director.
• Looking after visitors.
• Standing in for the manager in their absence.
• Acting as office manager and supervising other administrative staff.
• Producing reports and presentations.
• Taking action points and writing minutes.
• Planning and organizing events.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience of administrative work.
• A recognized qualification in office skills or administration.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Good written and spoken communication skills.
• Very good command of English, Azeri and Russian.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• A calm and professional manner.
• Excellent computer and administration skills.
• A flexible and adaptable approach to work.
• The ability to use your own initiative.
• Tact and discretion, for dealing with confidential information.
• Advanced-level skills in Word for Windows and Microsoft PowerPoint. And at least an intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
