Job responsibilities:
Independent management of the assigned posts in the kitchen area
Responsible for the sequence of the breakfast buffet, breakfast in the Clubroom, room service breakfast
Advice to guests and customers and immediate handling of complaints
Carry out inventories
Monitoring the flow of goods
Give instructions to and manage the kitchen commis and kitchen apprentices
Communication with all Team Members in the service area
Job reqruitments:
• Male candidates
• Proven success in a similar role and environment.
• Empathy towards your customers and colleague,
• Pride and attention to detail.
• Polished personal presentation with Warm, confident and hospitable personality.
• Minimum 2 years’ hotel experience as a Chef de Partie, especially at the breakfast or in the related professional area
