DesignsBIM LLC is currently seeking Mechanical Design Engineer/Draftsman in the Baku office to work on the Office project, working on HVAC, Firefighting, Public Health and other Mechanical disciplines from concept stage, design development, contract documentation (Reports, AS-BUILT drawings, Specs and etc. ).

Responsibilities include but are not limited:

• Make Calculation of Mechanical systems and prepare relevant reports.
• Prepare design, shop and AS-Built drawings (Schematic, Plan, Detail and etc.).
• Prepare specification for the project
• Prepare detailed BOQ according to Mechanical projects.
• Prepare BID according to the prebuild BOQ and specs..

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience on major infrastructure and building projects, preferably on office project.
• AutoCAD proficiency.
• Advanced in English
• Advanced in Office Applications (Especially Excel, Word and Outlook)
• Educational background will be preferable
• Familiar with International standards such as ASHRAE, NFPA, IPC and etc.
• Revit experience is preferable.
• Excellent verbal, written, computer and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively interact with clients, architects, engineers, vendors, contractors, technicians, office, and field personnel.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision or in a team atmosphere.
• Ability to adapt to multiple and varied responsibilities.
• Perform field inspections, measurements or calculations with staff if necessary.
