DesignsBIM LLC is currently seeking an Electrical Design Engineer in the Baku office to work on the Office project, working on lighting, power, and fire alarm services from concept stage, design development, contract documentation (Reports, AS-BUILT drawings, Specs and etc. ).

Responsibilities include but are not limited:

• Attend all meetings with customer related all electrical design process.
• Prepare detailed reports for proper electrical design (such as LUX calculation, Power&cable calculations and etc.).
• Design and specify power distribution and low voltage electrical systems, lighting design and fire alarm systems for buildings.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience on major infrastructure and building projects, preferably on office project.
• AutoCAD proficiency.
• Advanced in English
• Familiar with International standards such as IEC, NFPA and etc.
• Revit experience is preferable.
• Excellent verbal, written, computer and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively interact with clients, architects, engineers, vendors, contractors, technicians, office, and field personnel.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision or in a team atmosphere.
• Ability to adapt to multiple and varied responsibilities.
• Perform field inspections, measurements or calculations with staff if necessary.
