HR Analytics and Digitalization Specialist

Required Skills and Knowledge:

• University degree (minimum Bachelor degree in BA. Economical and IT fields is preferable)
• Minimum 5 years of experience as HR generalist
• Analytical skills
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs, Coding skills is preferable
• Language skills: Azerbaijani & English – fluent, Russian  - advanced

Key responsibilities:

• Researching global trends and experience in HR digitalization and HR analytics
• Working with HR team to identify areas of HR digitalization
• Analysis of HR processes for the purpose of their automatization and digitalization
• Implementation of HR automatization and digitalization projects
• Working out HR analytics framework, plan and info-system aligned to business plan
• Preparing regular HR analysis and reporting including HR forecasting for HR management and business
