Technology/Service Integration, Delivery and Management unit/Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
• Installation of new VAS systems to network
• Provision of uninterrupted operation of VAS systems, periodic monitoring and technical support
• Deployment and support of the in-house developed and 3rd party services
• Analysis and handling of requests sent by group and divisions
• Dimensioning and, if it need, upgrade of services and platforms
Required Background, Skills and Knowledge:
• Higher technical education (computer engineering, applied mathematics, and similar fields)
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT
• Working knowledge of Linux systems, SQL, shell-scripting
• Programming experience
• Knowledge of TCP/IP stack of protocols is highly desirable
• Knowledge and experience in networking and GSM-related technologies and protocols are preferred
Language Skills
o Azerbaijani - fluent (common understanding)
o Russian and English - upper-intermediate
Desired Competencies:
• Familiarity with DevOps concepts
• Experience with IT collaboration tools (issue tracking, documentation, etc)
• Knowledge of IT standards
• Continuous learning
• Decision Making and Problem Solving
