Job Title: HSE Advisor

TWI specializes in innovation, knowledge transfer and in solving problems across all aspects of manufacturing, fabrication and whole-life integrity management.

TWI in Azerbaijan is providing Inspection and NDT Services (3rd party Inspection), Consultancy services of Material, Corrosion Engineering, Research and Consultancy, Failure investigation, Structural Integrity assessment, Welding Engineering, Engineering Facilities (Procurement) WPS & PQR, WQT and international training & Certification (www.twi-global.com).

Responsibilities:

• Report to PM;
• Facilitate implementation the Company and Project HSE Management System;
• Monitor application of project HSE requirements;
• Develop & keep up to date HSE Documentation to meet set company requirements;
• Facilitate, monitor and coordinate implementation of HSE Programs, HSE Assurance Plans, HSE improvement plans and relative activities; 
• Represent TWI at Project HSE meetings, Project Risk Assessments, Project Lessons Learned sessions and incident investigations;
• Create HSE awareness campaigns and distribute within TWI staff;
• Carry out HSE training courses to TWI employees, as needed;
• Investigate and report incidents and near misses in which TWI employees involved and report accordingly;
• Able to provide the correct HSSE advice;
• Other duties as requested;

Requirements:

• Citizenship of the Republic of Azerbaijan
• 4 years/ + of relevant experience;
• Good command of English
• Recognized HSE qualification (IOSH or NEBOSH or equivlent) qualification preferred
• Salary is Negotiable.
