Business Analytics
Key responsibilities are:
•Development of analytical and statistical models to deliver customer insights
•Customer base segmentation
•Maximize customer value
•Develop business cases for new offers
•Optimization of existing CRM activities
•Monitoring of KPIs and assessment of CRM programs
•Perform timely & accurate KPI reporting on monthly basis
Required Background, Skills and Knowledge:
•Education & certifications Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Management, Applied Math, Cybernetics, Quantitative social sciences or related field;
•Experience in business analytics
•Proficiency with metrics and analytics
•Intellectual curiosity for working with very large sets of data
•Knowledge of statistical concepts
•Knowledge of the applications for Data Mining and Analysis (ex. SAS, SPSS, STATA;
•Programs and software Standard MS
•Language skills – Azeri/English/Russian - Fluent
