“Rixos Quba Azerbaijan Hotel” is looking for Guest Relation Agent.

Department:  Front Office

Location: Quba, Azerbaijan
 
Candidate requirements:

•             Female candidates are given preferences
•             Advanced knowledge of Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages
•             Experience in resort is desirable
•             To have an experience with Fidelio or Opera programs is preferable
•             Must be proficient with computers, MS Excel, Word programs.
•             Positive attitude and good communication skills
•             Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
•             Excellent grooming standards
•             Ability to work as part of a team
 
Main responsibilities:
 
•             Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
•             Answer all queries professional language
•             Volunteer Resort information to guests. Must be knowledgeable about other outlets, services and locations on property and about current/upcoming events.
•             Communicate with other departments to ensure steady flow of guests
