HR Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Follow up procedures and coordination of hiring, resigning, status change procedure
• Personal folders creation and maintaining information in the 1C and E-GOV
• Coordination of obligatory and medical insurances (make sure timely opening, changes and closure)
• Coordination of vacations, sick leave and maternity
• Coordination of Timesheets in 1C to ensure proper filling
• Creation of Monthly HR reports
• SPF and salary cards ordering
• Business Trip process coordination
• Monthly statistical reports creation

Requirements

• At least 2 year experience in similar role
• Knowledge and work experience in 1C
• Knowledge of Azerbaijan Labor legislation
• Computer literacy (Word, excel, power point)
• Azeri, Russian and English literacy and speaking

Salary is 600 AZN
