HSE Manager
Job description:
- The Development and Maintenance of a Health, Safety and Environmental management system;
- Develop and administer the project HSE plan in alignment with corporate HSE management systems;
- Ensures the project’s operations are fully compliant with the HSE legislation of Azerbaijan Republic;
- Schedule and perform regular inspections and site walk-throughs;
- Overseeing site orientation and on-boarding process for all workers;
- Conduct or coordinate worker training in areas such as safety laws and regulations, hazardous condition monitoring, and use of safety equipment;
- Perform safety audits and inspect facilities, machinery, and safety equipment to identify and correct potential hazards, and to ensure safety regulation compliance;
- Coordinate employee safety programs to determine their adequacy including review of short and long term strategic safety planning and development.
Requirements:
- Higher education ;
- Minimum 5 years experience in FMCG sphere;
- Strategic thinking and leadership skills;
- Proficiency in Producing equipment;
- Fluent written and spoken Azerbaijani, English and Russian ;
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office);
- Able to provide detailed audit reports, with relevant required preventive and corrective ;
- Ability to communicate with employees at all levels.
