Position: Administration Specialist

Department: Administration Department

Job Description:

Responsible for:
1. Daily admin works;
2. Supplier management and evaluation;
3. Process control;
4. Procurement request management and acceptance;
5. Organize conference;
6. Analyze the result of operation.

Requirements:

- Azerbaijan citizenship;
- High education;
- At least 2 years office work experience ;
- Fluency in English, Azeri, Russian  (good knowledge of Chinese is desirable);
- Proficiency in PC usage (MS Office applications);
- Capability and willingness to take responsibility, to act independently and highly developed sense of rectitude;
- Loyalty towards the mission of the organization.

This position requires only Azerbaijan  citizenship!
