Job Description:

Business Development Manager is responsible for complex sales engagements which are both primary and partner-driven businesses in the general business segment. The successful candidate will work in conjunction with Sales Director.

The objective is to collaborate with partners to deliver best practices and competences to customers. Building a productive pipeline as well as maximizing the revenue via active engagements on selected opportunities with partners.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for creation, monitoring and review of business development activities. Demonstrates innovative approaches to generate business and executes via the partner-sales teams.
• Drives core strategies and actions to ensure KPI achievement.
• Ensures high conversion rate from pipeline to deal closure. Be an expert on the competition with his/her assigned areas and understands competitive threats.
• Responsible for partner network sustainable growth and preparation demanding generation plan.

Requirements:

• Experience in sales & indirect sales
• Experience and knowledge of  IBM software products
• Understanding the principles of solution & cloud selling through partners
• Knowledge and understanding of Indirect channel dynamics
• Languages: Azeri, Russian, English
• Ability to work under pressure
• This is essesntial to have outstanding interpersonal skills and be a quick learner
• Willing to learn and improve skills
